The system was an easy to navigate content-managed solution that would dynamically update as they added new products to their range. It included multiple galleries, detailed product information and full ecommerce capability.
In order to ensure the maximum return on their investment we also advised on how to drive traffic to the site. We delivered a highly successful email campaign targeted to their database of 16,000 of customers who had previously bought, which invited them to visit the new site and sign up to a mailing list. We also added a blogging platform enabling them to increase customer engagement by blogging about offers, events, exhibitions and competitions.
The email campaign achieved over 3,000 signups – an impressive response rate of 18.7%. The company is very pleased with the online sales performance from the site.
